Mr. Harmeet Singh read his law at the University of London (External) and obtained his degree of Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 1999. He subsequently completed the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2000.
Working Experience
Mr. Harmeet Singh chambered under Mr. Ramesh Sanghvi of Messrs Kassim Tadin, Wai & Co. and was called to the Malaysian Bar in September 2001. Thereafter, he was employed in Messrs Kerk & Co. from January 2002 until March 2002 and at Messrs Rajadevan & Associates from May 2002 till June 2005 when he joined our litigation department as a legal assistant.
Mr. Harmeet Singh is currently heading the banking litigation department as a junior partner since February 2015. In his years of practice as a lawyer, Mr Harmeet Singh has extensive experience in conducting trials and appeals at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
