Siew Yeow Wan

Mr. Siew Yeow Wan read his law at Lincoln’s Inn London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 1984.

Mr. Siew Yeow Wan chambered in the firm of Messrs Chooi & Co. and was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court, Malaya in September 1985.

Working Experience

On being admitted, Mr. Siew Yeow Wan joined the firm of Messrs Junaidah & Co., Kuala Lumpur as a legal assistant until 1987.  Whilst at the firm, Mr. Siew Yeow Wan gained enormous experience especially in corporate, banking, conveyancing and other commercial matters in addition to heading the litigation department of the firm.

Mr. Siew Yeow Wan is the main partner instrumental in the formation of the firm and is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.

Mr. Siew Yeow Wan heads the litigation department of the firm and like Mr. Siew Yew Ming, has appeared at all levels of the judicial hierarchy in Malaysia.
